We provide digital marketing services, including SEO, advertising, branding, and content solutions. All services are subject to agreed deliverables outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

2. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made in full upfront unless otherwise specified. Subscription services are billed monthly. Late or missed payments may result in service delays or suspension.

3. No Guarantees

While we aim to achieve optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes (such as traffic increases or sales). Marketing results vary by industry, competition, and timing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to assets, feedback, and login credentials as required to perform services. Delays in providing necessary materials may affect delivery timeframes.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom content, designs, and strategies delivered remain the property of GUERRAJ SERVICES LLC until full payment is received. Afterward, rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. Most services are non-refundable once work has begun.

7. Cancellations

Recurring services may be canceled at any time with 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle. Canceling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 30 days.
