1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable

All purchases of digital marketing services (including SEO, advertising, content creation, web design, and strategy consultations) are non-refundable once work has started or the project has been delivered, due to the nature of the services provided.

2. Service Not Delivered

If a service is not delivered as agreed upon in the initial proposal or invoice, you may request a refund within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Refund eligibility is determined after internal review.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, please notify us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund of the duplicate charge.

4. Subscription-Based Services

For services billed monthly (e.g., social media management, ad monitoring), you may cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has begun.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue first may result in termination of services and future ban from using our platform.
